Super-talented Ghanaian Reggae/Dancehall act, Jah Lead has given credence to the widely held view that he is one of the best musical talents Ghana is blessed to have with his ‘Love Is Coming EP’ which is filled with classic love songs.
Known in real life as Emmanuel Essel, Jah Lead has long been in the music business although he unfortunately appears to be underrated which may partly be due to his having to devote significant attention to his other occupation as a Police Officer serving the people of Ghana.
As the title of the EP suggests, all six songs on the EP are focused on the wonderful and yet, sometimes complicated topic of love.
After having arguably the biggest song off JMJ‘s ‘Riddim of the Gods’ collection with his version titled ‘Lonely’ which became an anthem for many lovers, it appears Jah Lead is intent on securing a reputation as a maker of Love hit songs.
