Keta Arts Festival comes live from December 3rd.

The maiden edition of The Keta Arts Festival marked to be the biggest outdoor event on Volta Region’s event calendar is slated for December 3rd to 5th December.

The much anticipated festival in the Volta Region is organized by the Beach Art Gallery, Sons of Greatness (SOG) and AfroSoul to create a platform for arts and creativity within the region.

“Keta is in the news and it’s all about tidal waves but business must strive so people continue to earn and make a living.

The festival line up is packed with fun activities starting from the 3rd of December, where a bus tour from the Accra Mall to tourist sites in Sogakope, Anlo and Keta and climaxed with a Bonfire night, tent camping with cultural performancss at the relaxing Emancipation Beach

The following day, 4th December, there’s a tall line up of exhibitions and activities including live painting, graffiti, sculptures, face and body painting, beads making, pottery, traditional dancing, gymnastics, musical performances and fashion show and many other fun activities. Emancipation beach will host these activities under the lights and glamour of photographers. “Musical performance headlined by renowned Tic (Tic Tac), Sonia Martison, Arian Noctus, D-Sky, and more into the night.

Keta Arts Festival will climax on 5th where finest photographers showcases breathtaking images to promote the beautiful tourist destination, Keta to the world. Also a buffet will be set at the sea side whiles beautiful ladies from the Volta Region host a car wash.

Keta Arts Festival has it’s main goal of projecting the beauty of the settlement and the people with their unique culture and way of life. This year’s is themed ‘Beyond the Possibility’.
