Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay has been featured in a campaign song against the discrimination and violence against women and girls in society.
Sharing the news on the microblogging platform, Twitter, the award-winning singer stated that all kinds of discrimination and violence against women will be red-flagged through the upcoming campaign song.
Wendy Shay features alongside the Cape-Verdean-Portuguese R&B and Kizomba, Soraia Ramos, South Africa’s Nocembo Zikode, Uganda’s Spice Diana, and the Angolan R&B and Kizomba singer, Perola. The song will be officially released on Wednesday, 25th May 2022 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
